Forthcoming meetings for 2009 - 2010

Our full Council meetings are on the following dates:

Councillor Surgeries – These are held on Saturday mornings 10 am – 12 pm in the All Saints Church Room with 2 + councillors meeting members of the public informally.

10 May – Annual Meeting of the Parish Council*

* In May we hold the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council in May. This is where we elect our Chairperson for the coming year and carry out our usual monthly business.

** We also hold the Annual Parish Meeting at which we invite speakers to come along. We also hear the Chairman’s report, review of the Parish Council’s finances and have an opportunity to hear from members of the public.

*** Although this year it was decided not to hold an August meeting we held a planning meeting slightly later in August.
